Hours:  Dr. Kallas has flexible hours, morning, afternoon and early evening appointments are available, call to check
               for available times.

Fee Scale:  $135.00 per psychotherapy session (50 minutes), initial consultation session $150.00 (75 minutes). 
If you have a PPO Dr. Kallas will provide you, upon request, with a superbill that you can attach to the form you submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.  However, Dr. Kallas has chosen not to participate as a provider for insurance companies so your full payment is expected each session.  We accept cash and personal checks.

Our location is convenient to Ft. Lauderdale, Sunrise, Oakland Park, Hollywood, Plantation and Davie via main roadways.
 
Driving Directions:

Coming from the Southwest - take the Florida Turnpike North to the Sunrise Blvd. Exit, head East on Sunrise Blvd. until you reach 4th Avenue, turn left on 4th Avenue and follow the road until you reach NE 7th Avenue, turn right and then an immediate left into the parking lot.  From the Southeast use US 1 (Federal Highway) to head North, make a left at 9th Street and a right when you reach the end of 9th St.(Flagler) then take a left onto Sunrise Blvd. heading West and a right on 4th Avenue heading North, then follow the same instructions as above.

From the Northwest take the Florida Turnpike South to Sunrise Blvd. and follow the same instructions as above.  From the Northeast take US 1 (Federal Highway South to Oakland Park Blvd. head West to Dixie Highway and turn left on Dixie Highway and follow it until you reach the stop light, take the second street to the right (Wilton Drive) south and it will be on the left just past 8th Avenue.
